Return Policy
Rolling Thunder Cycles Inc. values our relationship with you and offers a return policy on most products that you purchase directly from us. You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Rolling Thunder Cycles Inc. reserves the right to decline, or charge a 20% restocking fee on any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" condition means the complete product, unopened, undamaged, in the original packaging with all equipment, packing, warranties, manuals and accessories. Special order items may be returned at our discretion and if accepted for return, will be subject to a restocking fee. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 15 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant those product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Backorder Policy
Due to production schedules, some items may be out of stock. If so, we will contact you if your items are backordered or if items ordered have been discontinued. Any out-of-stock item will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Shipping Policies
We normally ship all items U.P.S. ground at the prevailing shipping rates at the time of the order. Actually shipping time will vary depending on your location. Any out-of-stock item will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) you received are damaged in shipping, we will replace them within 15 days of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect so we may provide excellent customer service for you.
