Transmission plate moves
the transmission
1" to the left

1" wide spacer moves the inner primary left to align with the transmission

Keep in mind that the stock rear fender struts must be cut off the frame. This step cannot be "undone" at a later date

Kit does not include rear fender.
Peter chose a 8-5/8"
Milwaukee Iron fender with internal struts

On 1999 Softails, the rear fender must be modified so the electrical box will lie flat
under the seat
This is the "before" shot

"After"

The Milwaukee Iron fender's shape also made it necessary to modify the stock-shaped seat to fit the electrical box...

...and to get the side mounting tabs to line up with the bolt holes

The seat was stripped down to the steel pan to make the necessary changes

Once the seat was reupholstered it looks absolutely perfect

Choice of rear wheel is also up to the customer. Peter chose a Performance Machine 5.5"x18" solid chrome wheel

The "Drive Side Brake" that Peter chose leaves the right side of the rear wheel completely visible

The Wide Drive Kit with the PM Drive Side brake looks great from the right...

...the left...

...and the rear!
Peter only went to a 180mm rear tire...up to a 200 will fit.
