Get off at Exit 39 South (Glen Cove Road) Proceed South on Glen Cove Road.

At the third stop light, go left on President Street.

From the Meadowbrook Parkway
Take Exit M4 (Hempstead Turnpike, Route 24 West.)
Continue West on Hempstead Turnpike to the 5th stop light (about 2 miles.)

Rolling Thunder Cycles was founded in 1981. Owners Tom and Gerard had
worked for various Harley-Davidson dealers for several years, and they felt that there was
a need for a source of quality parts, accessories and service in the area. On April
1st 1981 they opened the store that soon became one of the best aftermarket shops around.
Business was good, and Rolling Thunder Cycles moved into a new, larger
store in 1989. The second store featured a showroom offering pre-owned Harley-Davidsons
for sale, as well as a comprehensive Service Department and a huge Parts and Accessory
Department.
In the Fall of 1999, Rolling Thunder Cycles moved to across the street
to make room for a new Home Depot, which was constructed on the site of the second store.
The newest store features an improved and updated Service
Department, as well as a more efficient Parts Department.
The motorcycle showroom has moved onto the World Wide Web as a "Virtual Showroom" where dozens of bikes
can be marketed to prospective buyers around the world. And of course we continue to offer
the finest in Metal Finishes, Clothing, and accessories for your
Harley-Davidson.
